Sourcer

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing the candidates with various recruitment techniques, e.g., direct search, networking, headhunting, and using Boolean Search.
  • Finding suitable candidates in internal databases, on job boards, on Linkedin (including LinkedIn Recruiter), and via our referral program.
  • Identifying new sources of candidates.
  • Selecting the best-fitting profiles for a given position from a CV pool (making the initial candidate selection).
  • Supporting Recruiters and Hiring Managers in scheduling interviews.
  • Filling in the client-specific Candidate Resume forms with selected candidate information.
  • Building solid relations with candidates.
  • Participating in Employer Branding activities in cooperation with the Marketing team.

  • Finding suitable candidates in internal databases, on job boards, on Linkedin (including LinkedIn Recruiter), and via our referral program.
  • Identifying new sources of candidates.
  • Accompanying the candidates throughout the recruitment process, in accordance with Maxima's high standards, including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and making an offer.
  • Building and maintaining solid relations with passive and active candidates.
  • Participating in Employer Branding activities in cooperation with the Marketing team.
  • Supporting Maxima's IT Managers in filling internal vacancies, including job briefing, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in candidate selection.

Responsibilities

  • Using sales, business development, networking, and marketing techniques to attract business from client companies
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, products or services, work culture, and environment
  • Drafting and placing ads for vacancies
  • Using social media to advertise job openings, attract candidates, and build relationships
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already work elsewhere
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person with the client's vacancy
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests, creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job
