Happy birthday! Celebrating 5 years in Europe!

When we first expanded to Krakow in 2015, we had rented a small office to get started on our ambitious plans. Since then, we've grown considerably, but also steadily. Typically when companies go on mass hiring sprees a certain level of quality can get lost somewhere. In a conscious effort to keep our company growth positive but also steady we've been able to keep retention high and build stronger teams who enjoy working together which ultimately creates a healthy work environment leading to higher quality of work.

It's been an absolute pleasure to be in Europe and work with some of the most dedicated and intelligent people who are not afraid to speak up and share their ideas as well as learn from our past experiences. Maxima Europe made a profound impact on our company culture around the world in a positive and unexpected way. Thank you to everyone for making this possible.

Today we've expanded from our first small office to a much larger office conveniently located near the ICE Arena in Krakow. In 2018 we opened our second Polish branch in Gdansk enabling us to greater access to top talent while also creating flexible delivery options for our clients who've committed to working with us in Poland.

Today we are operating in 4 primary cities in Poland (Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw, and Wroclaw) with some remote team members in a few other cities.

In late 2017 we began our journey to focus on the Benelux market, in late 2018 we finalized our business plans and had a hard kickoff in Jan 2019. Today we support some of the largest banks and financial institutions in the Benelux with a combination of our Onsite, Nearshore, and Offshore delivery model enabling our clients to be more agile and respond to market and project needs more efficiently and cost effectively.

Today, 5 years since entering the EU market we're proud to serve our clients in the Nordics, Benelux and domestically in Poland as well as the United States where we have been operating since 1993!
