Problem statement
Our client was doing a major transformation of consolidations and integration from their Belgian division into the Netherlands headquarters. The project focus was on identifying operational and workflow inefficiencies to streamline the integration and better utilize the bank's resources.
Solution
Together with the client we provided expertise and consulting services utilizing the Six Sigma Black Belt methodology in reviewing and identifying operations and workflow inefficiencies.
