Problem statement
Our client was doing a major transformation of consolidations and integration from their Belgian division into the Netherlands headquarters. The project focus was on identifying operational and workflow inefficiencies to streamline the integration and better utilize the bank's resources.
Solution
We provided our client with consulting services and the expertise needed to review and identify operations and workflow inefficiencies. We utilized the Six Sigma Black Belt methodology and best-in-class tools to provide comprehensive approach to optimization and integration of their Belgian operations into their Dutch HQ.
