Exadata

Oracle Exadata is the best-in-class, integrated platform for all of the database application needs. From Maxima, our specialized Oracle Exadata Enterprise Support Team experts actively support customers 24/7. Our team works in shifts and provides Exadata with the OS, Hardware and Database support to all the business environments. The team also ensures one point of expertise that provides fast answers and proven solutions, leveraging the experience of our experts in each of the technologies. The team of engineers are ready to respond 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to ensure maximum availability of the supported appliance.

AML-KYC Support

The production maintenance and support of AML-KYC Platform was outsourced by State Street to Maxima Consulting Inc.

The support teams work primarily on On-Call Support and Project Support and also support all the business environments viz. Production, DR, UAT and DEV, to provide 24X7 supports the team members that are spread out geographically both in onshore and offshore centres.

Maxima has also taken active steps towards the proposed 24×7 support model which would ensure each resource would put in a maximum of 40 hours per week.
